The building is almost 100 metres high, with 25 floors above ground and 3 basement floors. The sustainable Unidome XS product line is installed in the almost 20,000 square metres of floor slabs and avoids unnecessary concrete, reduces dead loads and significantly reduces CO2 emissions.
